Matilda & Stefan's Wedding Brookmill Farms - Lambertville, NJ
Hey Everyone!! So "hump-day" is almost over but before it's gone we must share this latest wedding with you all!!
Matilda & Stefan contacted us a few months ago regarding their wedding. They were really excited but even more exciting was the fact that this was going to be a "Surprise Wedding." Pretty much only 3 or so people knew and everyone else thought they were going to an engagement party. After being together for quite some time and having two beautiful children, they finally decided it was time to make an official wedding. However they wanted to keep it as low key as possible and they did just that. When they told us that it was going to be a surprise, we were ecstatic not only because they trusted us in documenting this special day for them but also at the fact that no one knew. We imagined the reactions would be priceless and they certainly were!! Pretty much weddings are all about planning, planning, and more planning. We go over schedules with our couples, timelines, locations, visit venues and churches, talk about anything that'll make the day run as smooth as possible. For Matilda & Stefan's wedding there was absolutely none of that. We pretty much just showed up at the location given and everything else just happened. I've been asked if there is a similarity and honestly regardless of how much planning you do, it's all about the couple, the moments, and the great times and memories created that day. I can honestly say we experienced that and much more and we're honored to have been the ones there to capture it all.
